Interior Renovation

• Complete renovation of the interior of units
• Removal and replacement of the polybutylene piping in the units
• Removal of molded drywall throughout the units, replacement of new insulation and drywall once the unit was mediated of the mold
• Removal of floor trusses that were rotted and replaced
• Installation of new kitchen cabinets, tops, fixtures, appliances, flooring, etc.
• Complete renovation of the units.
