Condo Renovation on Siesta Key, Florida

This Siesta Key property was given a top to bottom condo renovation, completely gutted in order to meet the homeowner’s vision. We were able to turn this usually blase’ condo into a showpiece. The unit received a new kitchen and bathrooms, fully loaded with high-end products. New countertops throughout showcase the new cabinets. New ceilings were created to give the rooms different feels.

In the main bedroom, we were able to create a trey ceiling and installed nickel gap siding to give the room a nice beach feel. In the living room, nickel gap siding on the ceiling along with custom beams illuminate the space to a higher feel of comfort. The dining room stain grade coffered ceilings, backed with the stain grade nickel gap siding compliments the custom dining room table and three pendent lights. The banquette for the dining room table allows for 6 people to comfortably sit and enjoy a meal after a day at the beach. New LED can lights, new ceilings fans, new door hardware, all compliment the entire unit. Nothing was spared in the renovation.
