The Chalet Hotel located in Naples, Florida, is a complete hotel renovation that AmEuro Contracting and Consulting is currently working on. Our responsibilities as the developer include all aspects of the job from planning to permitting and complete interior and exterior renovation. The hotel already has an existing building that will be transformed into a beautiful boutique hotel, the epitome of fine living with finishes that rival Ritz Carlton and the Westin right here in Sarasota, Florida.

High-end and comfortable interiors will warrant a fully-booked hotel all year around with each room as glamorous as the next that will include stunning California closets, upgraded bathrooms with all new shower surrounds and glass enclosure, fully-equipped kitchen with brand new appliances, plus much much more.

The hotel renovation will be of each hotel room that includes drywall and painting, flooring, custom crown molding, custom cabinetry, electrical and HVAC, a complete finish product. The exterior and infrastructure of the building that we are handling will be the sewage systems, sidewalks, and pavers, as well as the elevators, a state of the art fire alarm system plus much more.
