The goal of this project was to completely renovate a Sarasota, FL home into a Key West style abode. AmEuro started the construction of the home remodel with a demo, stripping the interior of the house down to the studs. Subcontractors redid the HVAC units and the plumbing throughout the house to bring it up to date, enabling a full bathroom remodel and a kitchen remodel. The renovation continued by replacing the drywall. The floor was replaced with brand new flooring that modernizes the house while also keeping that Key West vibe. To finish off the interior, painters came and painted the interior to give it a unique and homey feel.

The exterior of the house saw extensive new construction.Our team replaced the roof of the house and installed new windows, both of which were much needed updates to the home. After addressing the definite needs of the property came the luxuries. Some of the new construction on the property included a new pool and a pool room. The finishing touches on the house were a new coat of exterior paint and all new landscaping on the property.
