There’s nothing like freshening up a vacation rental with a few key upgrades. The right renovations can create more value for the property and the lucky renters! In Siesta Key, FL condo, AmEuro updated the kitchen and bathrooms with stunning results.

The front entry opens to an open kitchen with a massive peninsula, complete with new white Shaker style cabinets, Macabus Azul countertops, Frankie sink, and brushed nickel Frankie faucet. A sparkling white tile backsplash accentuates the newly-installed under cabinet LED lighting. The cherry on the top is a wine cooler beneath for the ultimate air of luxury.

In the guest bathroom, the renovations continued with a new white vanity top and sink, along with a chrome faucet. The bathtub received new 12″x24” tile stacked in a subway pattern, with a mosaic of green and white penny accent tile complemented with a bypass shower door. Our team did a great job!
